PCR Report 2021 Telangana
After careful consideration, the Telangana Government has decided to implement the Pay Revision Commission’s recommendations in para 1 above, subject to the modification that the fitment benefit for fixation of pay in the revised pay scales shall be 30% rather than the Pay Revision Commission’s recommendation of 7.5 percent, and has accordingly ordered the following on the Revision Pay Scales.
Telangana PCR (GO) Report 2021
The Revised Pay Scales shall be as described in Schedule-I to the Notification attached to this order in relation to each of the existing pay scales mentioned therein. Except as otherwise provided in Schedule-II to the Notification, these scales shall apply to all workers in various categories. Holders of non-Schedule-II offices will be controlled by the Revised Pay Scales, which will be equivalent to the current scales stated in Schedule-I.
- The existing (32) Grades shall retain the Revised Master Scale’s (80) components.
- No further revisions to pay scales for categories already included in Schedule-II will be considered.
- A 30% fitment benefit shall be paid for adjusting pay to the Revised Pay Scales, 2020.
- As of 1.7.2018, the dearness allowance of 30.392 percent shall be incorporated into the pay, as suggested by the Pay Revision Commission.
- On and from 01.07.2018, the Revised Pay Scales, 2020 shall be deemed to have taken effect.
- From 01.04.2020, the monetary advantage will be available.
- Arrears for the period 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2021 shall be paid at the time of the Government employee’s retirement or to his or her legal heirs in the event of the employee’s death.
- Arrears from 01.04.2021 to 31.05.2021, inclusive, will be paid during the fiscal year 2021-22.
- Salary in the Revised Pay Scales, 2020 will begin in June 2021 and will end in July 2021.
